Finally, honey is on vacation. For a week only because just changing jobs, but he deserves this rest. Although, with everything we do, I'm not sure there will be plenty of time to rest! By
Luckily, the weather has been with us this weekend and we could do a bike ride Saturday. We went for a walk on the South Shore on the bike path on the Chambly Canal. I was really impressed to see that the locks at this point still works manually. These are ti gents and ladies who Titus turn the cranks to raise or lower the water level. Unfortunately, we do not have time to visit the Fort Chambly built in 1711, but we still took a short rest at his feet, while lying on a sheet, eyes to sky.

We then invited to dinner at Auntie and as we did not arrive empty handed, we stopped at DIX30 . Luckily, I only had 15 minutes for the hostess gift shop, otherwise I would have robbed stores! We let ourselves be tempted by the Chocolate Lindt and I really feel like buying everything, especially since there were tons of sales! However, we have been reasonable and we are merely a small box of chocolate for Uncle and Auntie, plus three Lindt balls each. It was good! A chance that I stay away, otherwise I'd still be made there!
Our Sunday meanwhile been quieter, but we decided to go and read under the trees in our area. We first headed to my favorite spot, is located walking along the Promenade behind Paul-Sauvé church. Woe to us, I forgot that outdoor concerts are presented on Sundays and there was no place for us ... Never mind, we changed our plans and we headed Oka, church near the ferry where there is rarely a crowd. Well, luck was not with us because here too there were lots of people and no place to expand our coverage ...
We finally reached the edge of the river Two Mountains where we were the only ones to rest under the trees. By cons, our stay was short because with all these trips, the dinner hour approached my bladder and needed to be extended to the bathroom ...

The rest of the week, we'll see, but tomorrow it will be time for swimming at the beach Rawdon. I promise you pictures of our trip!
