How To Make Rabbit Bedding

What's for dinner?

1 euro entry to the Hanging Gardens greenhouses from Havre, was not excessive for the right to warm up a bit, because it was rather cold outside.

The first greenhouse was reserved for carnivorous plants. We came out unscathed. The plants had become vegetarian ...

Gropeing On Train Asain

Get up!

J'ai pas mal écoute de la musique sur ces YouTube Dernière jours tout a ma préparant reunion de travail you 1 ° et 2 février you (qui a d'ailleurs été reportée at 2 and 3 February). I made play lists with works by Jean Sibelius and interpretations of Jussi Björling among others, and doing so sometimes I also read some of the comments on YT.

For some music, there is always someone to say it is nationalism and that this is not good. It is somehow treated as fascist. So it's frowned upon to love his country, to express it in music, at least according to some.

But not being Swedish I may have the right to love the interpretation of Jussi Björling's Land välsignade?

And not living in Finland, is what I can appreciate the hymn Finlandia by Sibelius, without accusing me of being nationalistic?

If I listen to Ride of the Valkyries by Richard Wagner I'll find someone to say I'm anti-Semitic.

Yet it is only music. If I can say that music.

nationalist I love music of all countries, because instead of separating people from each other, she is there to unite around a common interest common. If in addition, she is beautiful ...

But today it is not fashionable. And yet, every immigrant I am, I do not even spit on the Marseillaise.

I'm worse than nationalist and therefore I claim the right to be multi-nationalist!

And if you are not wise add the International! Does this make me a internationalist?

Institutions readership

This Tuesday, January 25, 2011, we celebrated the institution's readership of three seminarians 2 th year. After the rite of entry into the Major Seminary and hospitality and expressed in the body of seminarians, the readership is the first step liturgical mark in our house the way to ordination as a priest.

When the time came, after a period of familiarization with the reading of the Scriptures, by the gradual discovery of the entire Bible, the patient study of texts, lectio divina, the bishop calls the seminarian to experience this with the Word of God as a service to it by the Church. During the liturgy of this step, the Church asks one established to make a commitment to love the Word of God, Read, listen, study, understand, live it, share it ... She asks him to get involved in his personal relationship with God, but also in the community celebration of prayer.

It Bogner Bishop, Vicar General of our archbishop, who came to preside over the liturgy in the chapel of institution. After presentation by the Superior, in turn, the three candidates were asked Institutions designated. They said "Here I am!" As did Abraham and Samuel, servants of the Lord. Then everyone walked and scored in his hands the book of the Word of God with these words that accompanied the rite: "Get the book of Holy Scripture and faithfully transmit the word of God, it is rooted and fruits in the hearts of men. "

The "reader" is chosen by the Church to proclaim the Word of God, an announcement that can be accomplished in many ways: from simple dialogue through joint research requirements the gospel from the catechesis which means enlighten and nourish the faith until initiation the sacraments that prepare adults and children, since the proclamation of Jesus Christ to those who do not know until the proclamation of the Word in the liturgical assembly.

The three seminarians have lived through this stage established liturgical surrounded by their families and friends and the whole seminary community. The event was extended into the fraternity friendly with good food.

Restoring Tables from the chapel

Since autumn 2008, the Seminary began a campaign to restore the paintings found in its chapel.

On the feast of St. Francis de Sales (January 24) we have re-positioned next to the organ, Peter EHRLER canvas representing the saint. This painting was painted in 1779 (the signature at the bottom of the painting attests), that is to say immediately after construction of the building.

The holy bishop of Geneva is depicted holding a book open in his left hand and a pen in his right hand. Page of the book available to us indicates that he is writing to his "dear Philotée. This is Jane Frances Fremyot, became Madame de Chantal by marrying a gentleman of the royal army officer, known today as Sainte Jeanne de Chantal. The meeting between these two exceptional people in a particular way mark the beginning of 17 th century. The influence they have on each other continues to blossom and flourish over a match in which there remains only the writings of S Francis de Sales.

" No, Philotée, spiritual life does no harm when it is authentic. Instead, it brings everything to perfection. If it should prevent someone to honor the righteous duties of his state is, undoubtedly, it is false. " (Introduction to the Devout Life, No. 20)

In 2010 we celebrated the fourth centenary of the founding of the Order of the Visitation, their common work.

liturgical chant and flower arrangements: an art! The library

The beauty of liturgical chant and flower arrangements are there to make our celebrations more lively and enjoyable for the listening and seeing, and we feel fully welcomed into the house of God.

Singing is a critical factor, an expression of our mouths to proclaim the word of God. It is an art in the service of the liturgy to make it lively and cheerful, full of hope. Liturgical song leads to the path of God with emotion. An air pleasing and words of life are the basic recipe of a hymn praying and makes you want to love that for which they sing. It is sung by the praise we also recognize that God became man and dwelt among us. Saint Augustine said: "Singing is praying twice." Indeed, as we hear the word is often repeated in the songs for that we hear differently, and we especially liked.

"Flowering in liturgy" is to honor the first house of God. Every church, adorned with flowers to greet the faithful, praise God and offer a reflection of the Word of God. The Word of God is reflected by the color of the flowers chosen by color liturgical feasts, seasons. "Flowering in liturgy is a ministry serving the liturgy through the beauty and noble simplicity of floral arrangements made. This is to thank God the creation that He himself offers us and, through it, let him speak. In every Eucharist we celebrate, in fact, the paschal mystery, in a given liturgical season and with a different word. "Flowering in liturgy" is yet to pass the joy we have to prepare floral arrangements for the faithful are still more likely in their approach to prayer and faith.

These two expressions of the liturgy which serve and welcome the faithful in the house of the Lord are art forms that are learned, and especially to be working regularly live. The expression of an inward prayer that is prayer that helps the other to come to turn in prayer. Jesus came to settle himself humbly and quietly but with love, trust and loyalty.

The seminar can flourish in these two liturgical realities and develop a sense of communication of prayer to our brothers and sisters. Melodies and creation are two paths to spirituality and joyful living. The same if we just stop there, are included in both areas. There is talk of a composition, arrangement ... The singing and the flowers are appointed by the same expressions. Finally, why not emphasize that these are also two keys to enter the joy of the risen. It's welcoming to music, singing and flowers, that God's work can be done by us and our brothers. That's what we pay attention in these tasks.

When Jesus healed the blind and the deaf hear, it was to open to prayer and love of God. Thus, for the singing and the flowers, listen and watch the wonders of God.

Yeast Infection After Brazilain

Getting voice! During the weekly singing ...

in our house is an old ritual that has always existed: the singing lessons!

N e we find in fact every Monday night this year to carry our voices, learn songs, either for the Liturgy (Mass, Lauds and Vespers), for times of celebration (Easter, Christmas and special events ...), (institutions, ordinations ...). The time of singing, Monday is a weekly appointment must!

We are fortunate to be directed from this year by Cyprian Sadek, the choir master of the cathedral. Talented, and sometimes surprising in his voice exercises we propose ... What is certain is that it takes courage and patience to give them all the seminarians! But over time we get to sing softly beautiful little polyphony with our low and our tenors ...

course much of our songs are the songs of offices, including chanting, sometimes Gregorian chants but also contemporary or classic Alsatian our parishes ... but this is nothing to Cyprian who specializes in medieval music, especially across Gilles Binchois, who directs the choir of the Cathedral Choir and the choir Altitude (national), who also headed for 9 Limousin years young singers. Certainly with seminarians now, this must change for children, although ...

The sporting event at the Grand Séminaire de Strasbourg

The seminarians during their training, must be attentive "to the importance of a healthy lifestyle." This application is also dictated by the bishops of France in the book devoted to the training of future priests dating back to 1998. Sport Is not a response to this requirement?

In Strasbourg as in many other seminars, sport is an activity proposed in the program for seminarians. We meet Wednesdays at 20:30 with students staying with us at the Major Seminary.

And as the adage says so, after exercise comfort. After riding, we continue our evening around cakes and fruit juices, and It also allows us to discover the gastronomic specialties of different regions of France (where the students are from), as Touraine, and even specialties Reunion! important time, and this answers a little to the requirement of our seminarian formation know the human side. The friendship and mutual discovery with young people who sometimes ask the question of a religious or priestly vocation.

On the sporting side, we train especially football as an annual international tournament takes place seminars. In 2010, we were ten seminarians from our diocese to participate in this tournament that took place in Bordeaux. And in 2011 we go to Orleans!
