Best Foundation Brush? 2010

improved

Yesterday, Monday I go to hospital as my dear I now know like the back of my pocket for a test of lung function. It was not the first time that I submitted to this kind of exercise, since in fact, the nice technician, I was in my twentieth test of its kind!

By cons, though I know the routine, I always have a little trouble blowing the right way. It must be said they are asking us to inhale and exhale into the machine with a kind of end of tuba in the mouth and a stuffy nose, which is not really clear. Small ladies encourage us like real coaches to push our air louder and farther ahead of us to motivate get as much air as possible. Go, go, go! When our performance was not satisfactory, however, you start over, which quickly becomes exhausting, especially when our lungs are not working at full capacity, as is my case.

Luckily, yesterday I was spared because I have not had to test that lasts five minutes and throw myself on the floor every time. Effectivment I had the chance to spend plethysmography. This test takes less time and it is done in a tiny room window. It should not be claustrauphobe!

In any case, it is certain that it is done and that, although the lung has not yet analyzed the results, it seems that my lung capacity has improved! I'm really happy because my doc was really not sure it would increase one day. According to the nice technician, was at 48% in 2008 whereas now I would be around 60%. So happy!

I feel actually a slight improvement, especially when I walk or when I ride my bike, but the limits are however still present. I do not think one day find my lungs while beautiful fresh pre-cancer and 100% functional, but there is hope!
